Sargeants are an independent bus operator based in Kington located in the City of Hereford. They have been providing bus services across Herefordshire and in some areas of Wales since the 1990s.

In early 2025 we worked with Sargeants to improve and update part of their passenger information systems in the form of the destination displays on their fleet.

We improved the overall look of them and made them more informative.

As part of the new PSVAR regulations buses need to be equipped with audio & visual announcement systems.

These systems are designed to tell passengers what the route is and what the next and current stop are.

As this system is rolled across the fleet we have helped Sargeants comply with these new regulations.

A key part of a good bus network is easily accessible and read-able information such as timetables and route maps.

To help improve Sargeants' information available for passengers we have created some digital timetables and route maps for the public.
